Updates in the Leadbot: we simplified survey creating process and improved analytics

From now on, you can effortlessly save the answer option that the user chose when communicating with the Leadbot. Turn on the checkbox, and the text from the button will be recorded in the property. It is handy in surveys where the following question doesn’t depend on the previous, but it is also helpful in other cases with buttons in the Leadbot. You already know how to handle properties: set up various message sequences for different segments and send only targeted leads to your sales managers.

We took another step towards clearer Leadbot analytics. In this version, you can see which of the users started, finished, did not finish, or interrupted the conversation with the bot. Build further communication with users using this knowledge, or improve your bot to increase the target metrics. We are heading towards even better analytics and more insights.
